We ship to Continental USA and Canada from the United States or from our Canadian Printer. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–14+ business days. Original works may require additional packaging time.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination. Domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 14+  business days. International orders may take 10–21+ business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING currently for categories: ORIGINALS (within Continental USA), GICLEE CANVAS PRINTS, GREETING CARDS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your MERCH orders.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damage in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cathymacqueenart.com with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
